The hotel has an excellent location near rail and the main bus depot. the staff were helpful when my son fell ill. they assisted us in finding a doctor and provided tea, lemon and honey. our room was quiet. The beds were comfortable. And the bathroom was clean and reasonably sized. it had everything we needed, including a kettle, fridge, and tv.

the room i stayed in was really big i think it was a suite. i had a beautiful view of the city center from the balcony. breakfast at the thai restaurant close was yummy and the staff there are friendly and helpful too

The staff was super friendly, and the late checkout process was smooth (very convenient!). Communication was great. My room had a really comfortable bed.
The door would not close properly unless I really slammed it. A lot of street noise came in because windows should be double glazed.

the staff was very helpful. they answered all my questions. the location is awesome. it is close to many restaurants and public transportation. i found the breakfast very nice.
the sound proofing in the suite was terrible. i could hear conversations in adjoining rooms.
